Hi Pallisard, I think all the shorts want to cover once the price gets above $8-8.5, so it would sure help them if 'lurkers' sold off quickly, eh? ;-)
For my part, I expect this puppy's going to run pretty fast when a PO is announced with a major laptop or cellphone manufacturer. It'll blow through to the mid-teens like nobody's business. The shorts will be fighting each other to buy back to cover, like rats running off a sinking ship. They won't be so chummy-chummy with each other, then.
Don't know when it will happen, but it WILL happen sometime this summer I'd bet, and it WILL be this way when it does happen. Ahhhh, won't it be nice?
PS I would note that COO Roy Wright noted during the conference call that by the quarter starting Oct. 1, they will be in the black on a cash-flow basis, just from their expected Hanil and Alliant contracts. So imagine the addition to the revenue from the cellphone and laptop orders. Then pile on the analyst reports with projections of next years' earnings. Then factor in the visibility they'll get in the investment community. Yep, it'll be a short's nightmare, and we'll have front row seats. |
