As a Very long Holder In FCM and Several Next Generation stocks
I Feel it is my Duty to ask all who come here to Invest to ask themselves if they know enough about the technology and the market to
consider investing in the new paradigm of communications.
If you do then FCM is one of the most undervalued of companies and it
appears to be becoming somewhat of an ideal investment for some one who is looking out into the next 6 to 12 months.
This company has turned the Developement Stage corner and is full blown in its manufacturing process and in its sales and marketing concepts.
When FNET IPO's"Which we have heard will be in aprox~~ 10 months",This of course is only being limited to the ability and forsight of the management to bring FNET revenues up to ~1 mill a month then the IPO will surely go off at 10 to 20 a share.
This being said The management of FCM the parent company of FNET has expressed its desire to compensate the shareholders of FNET and FCM by
rolling back the companies shares of FNET to the holders of the parent company. While this figure nor the actual press has been released
I'm sure the company would confirm this to qualified investors.
As in most if not all pure play IP telcos at the time,There are very very few if any that are presently in the black.
FCM is.
My outlook for the entire sector in the next 6 months is a slow but deliberate building of the infracture needed by the Next Gens
and by the year of 2000 to 2001 Much more rapid deployment.
This will be driven By the decreased costs of implementation and the possibility
of more return of investment capital "known as payoff for the very ignorant"in a much shorter time frame.
The near IPO of IXTC shows that the worlds largest clearing house for ip calls is making very very good inroads into the commercial and the private sectors of the market.
Todays announcement By DT in establishing The worlds largest
Web call center using VocalTec's VEA shows that the Big carriers will buy and will use Small Business solution's.
I suspect that it is not far off for FCM to be in that same league.
