You know I wonder if someone else will bid on AFLX. INVX is really stealing at that price, wouldn't a competitor of INVX be better off and come in with a higher offer. They could double the offer and it still it would be a steal. They are getting profitable again and that what's really bugs me. You know that in a few quarters they would be back into the high teens.

I can't believe the banks don't extend the credit to them. The light is at the end of the tunnel. I think they are just selling us shareholders down the river on this deal. $3.80 for a stock who's average I would say has been in the mid teens for along time.

I for one am voting no to it. I can't believe that is the only option they came up with. It sounds like pretty pathetic management if you ask me. Sorry, just really bumbed out about this.
