Cary, that's OK, I reluctantly agree, however having an offshore account like you mention does have it's advantages :-) and I have shorted a few of these mail-out/spike/crash stocks , but getting the high is hard in the fast action. I call them Monica shorts- you know they always go down on you, and get you very exited in the process. Any one need an account just north of the border , let me know, they are not cheap , but hey what an edge- short BB's to your hearts content. Ok, new rule, US rules apply? John
