Something's up at BDE. . . . .

No time for in depth response, but off hand it appears that the BDE is registering shares in a hurry.

Is this good or bad news? Well, let's see. . .

It means that our brand new investors could sell millions of shares and that Intel, which has held 300k warrants for a year now, could exercise their right to purchase shares. . it would be better for Intel if the stock was selling down at 4 bucks per share, tho. . but I highly doubt if they would want to short from here.

I don't remember if in the original investment agreement with the Prince and friends. . .if the shares were to be registered within 30days or something like that. . . . if so, then this news is NEUTRAL and should have little to no affect on stock price. Likewise, the Intel warrants may say that they will be registered in one year.

This needs to be researched. Was there such a clause?

However, one thing that companies do just before getting taken over by other companies is fulfilling all stock debt, debentures, warrants, etc. and to register outstanding shares, so that all may benefit from the takeover.

So if we cannot find a REASON for the registration of shares occurring at this time, then we may have some good news coming.

I don't have time to do the research into Edgars, etc.. . . perhaps others here can. I am certainly very interested in what is found.
