Thank you for your detailed response. Based on the responses generated, I believe it is useful for many people. I just have two questions regarding your proposed solution:

1) Will this solution work under heavy bi-directional traffic from both machines? My plan is to set up one of the machines to display realtime quotes, intraday charts, etc, while using the other machine to trade. Hence, both machines will be accessing the Net simultaneously. Any idea on whether this solution will work smoothly under this condition?

2) Currently one of my machine is already connected to the Net via an ethernet card, with its own IP address. Can I get by without having to assign another IP address to the client machine? I am intrigued by your statement, "You will name each computer with a different name. Can be anything, mine are 486 and 300." It would be nice if I don't have to bother my ISP to get another IP address.

Thanks a lot.
