Jeff,

I am not aware of any DTI report or action.

At that time Firecrest had a susidiary called Capper Granger which was the principal operating subsibiary which was placed into receivership then liquidation. No explanation was ever forthcoming either from the Company or the Official Receiver as to the reasons behind its downfall. Capper Granger accounted for all of the profits of Firecrest at the time.

I believe that it was the Capper Granger debacle that was the cause of the DTI comment.
