Though, I'm still a bit puzzled. What does she mean by her statement, "Our volume is such that they should be able all to get out before the end of the year."

Ok, in August the Preferred C's convert to common stock. Really huge quantities of common stock. But, who's going to buy these shares? New investors won't, because they're going to get their asses diluted in February. Current investors won't buy them either because of the same reason. Why buy a stock at 10 cents/share when you can just wait till February and buy it a lot cheaper? It seems to me that the Preferred R offering makes it all but impossible to get out quickly.

I'm still leery about some of her other "assumptions" as well, but I'll give this some more thought.
