Good Luck Bernard

These questions really do get to the "nut" of the situation. I am especially interested in what Pyng has done in regard to researching the different state protocol approval procedures and their projected time frames for approving a new device that has the volume of data compiled in the FAST 1 field trails.

I am not as worried about the need to raise additional funds, as Mr. Jacobs pointed out if the stock would appreciate over C$2.20 then the stock options and warrants would provide additional funding.

I would like to ask one additional question. Were there any early adopters i.e. sites that are using the FAST 1 but did not choose to be included in the field trials. It is mentioned in the PR on Dec 23 1997:

"Several EMS services have already gained approval of their medical directors, are eager to use the system immediately, and are not particularly keen on being involved in a study which requires recordkeeping and reporting of all results. Pyng may choose to work closely and personally with these sites, to train their personnel, and then release product to them for immediate use in the field."

I hope Mr. Jacobs or Dr. Johnson will be kind enough to answer these questions.

I thought my question regarding the extraction rod status was really a softball, since the "design concept" is final then this issue must have been decided and it would require simply letting us in on the decision. Maybe Pyng management is taking a well deserved vacation during Canada Day week and will return ready to update us on the progress being made.

Do you know what has happened to Gerry Lenoski? Over 70 days on the job and not a peep.
