Glad it is working for you. I looked at their product while back. It is based on traditional studies that every body uses. It usually signals when the stock has already made its quick move.
It is not RIM's problem. It has to do with trading style and relying on technical studies for trading. However, if you are using the program to determine where the action is early in the morning and then watch the level II window and make your trades based on what you see, I think any of the software that can rank stocks based on gains, loss, change in volume, etc. will be great.
Just watch out in that if you trade based on technical indicators, 99% of the time, you will get to the party right about the time it is ending and will end up with others' leftovers, which means big risk but only a small potential for gain. However, if it works for you, stick with it.
