You are entitled to gloat. I was against the split. My broker in London assured me there would'nt be one. I bought on that basis(thats another days work) He asked the Chairman to comment,on the rumour, and he would'nt. There was no nod nod winkwink, yet people associated with the company leaked the fact into the market like a sive, the effect of which was to short the share to the level they wanted before they made the announcement, and it became the best known secret in town!!! It devalued investors funds wholesale! You stay in there, and enjoy the ride, I am sure you will make a lot of money and be happy. I feel ***ked on this occasion and will withdraw gracefully over time and hope I can save my ass.....but people close to this management have big mouths in PRIVATE, and keep their traps shut in public, if they can do it once, they will do it a second time, and you may yet find yourself in the same position as myself and a few others here!! But then you box too clever for that!!
