Just a look from an amateur T/A outlook. On 3/3/97 the Chaikin ocsilator indicated a buy situation eventhough the decline continued. The accumulation/distribution indicator turned positive from a long decline and the Relative Strength Indicator made a turn to positive territory. This is the first time in awhile that all three of these indicators started to confirm a possible bottom. In mt TC2000 software they have a proprietary indicator called the Balance of Power or BOP. This indicator showed the divergence in attitude starting a couple of weeks ago. While the price continued to decline this indicator very positive buying going on. Oterwords the buyers are coming back in in more strength.

From the candlestick T/A we have all the following indicators over the near term: Piercing Line, Hammers, Dragon Fly, and a Long Legged Doji. These candlestick formations all indicate a bottom with a possible reversal in the making?

Stocksmart research still has SISK projected for 97 earnings at .42. The industry sustains a 22 P/E ratio. IF SISK could get back to these averages we could see a 9.00 value based on industry averages. Hell I will take half that from current prices.

I am still trying to call Tim. I put my buy order in this morning. High risk / high reward. Exercise caution with your DD. I am back in.
