As I've noted on the thread, ISLD should have opened in the 30s but for Bear, Stearns as the lead underwriter and last minute lowering of the float from 6 to 5 million shares because a large institution got nervous at the last second. Heck, just look at the EXDS run to get an idea of what ISLD could do in the next few months.
