I talk to the CEO on Wednesday. Although no specific information he
would give me 'reading between his excitement and his words, I belive
that something is on the verge of a contract. Further, prior other
conversation with company executives leads me to belive IBSS has more
than one or two contracts they are getting close to announcing.

All that coupled with the increased volume and higher prices in the
last few days, this stock could be well on its way for us very very
patient investors.
