Hi Bert, I am just now starting to poke around. I don't know that I have any particular private placement in mind. My initial thoughts are that I may have some experience that maybe of value in Private Placements. I have two companies in which I bought out the previous owners and I am an equal partner in two more. So you see my path may be headed in this direction. About a month ago I got a call from The Markpoint Company out of Dallas asking me If I would be interested in some sort of Venture capital deal. That's what got me thinking. Are you familar with them? As for what makes me hesitant on Emsanet? Honestly I have a lot of research to get through this holiday and Emsanet is at the bottom of the pile. If I get to it, then I will post my concerns. They are trying to sell 1,000,000 shares at $3.50 each. If you want to review yourself then PM me your fax # and I will send. Keith
