Well, if Goon-line "spun off" today, what would JNNE be left with?

Two kiosks and a hazy vision of an auction site in their future. Wouldn't a spin-off turn Goon-line, like the "Baby Bells", into a competitor of JNNE? Or does JNNE really want to worry about two management teams, two sets of press releases, and (most importantly) filing two sets of financials... hmmmmmm, but it would give them a nice excuse for missing the deadline and going to the pink sheets.

JNNE has to file financials by Nov. 3 to meet the public comment period or be delisted. They should file earlier than that to give the SEC time to ask them any questions about their numbers.

Goon-line, earlier in the alphabet, would have to file earlier than that. About the time that Auctionomics was supposed to start, I guess. Might not be the best use of their time.

Did Pat Rost actually say in that article that he looks forward to JNNE stock going lower? Is he shorting or what?

Another hint to Rat Post: "institutional investors" don't touch .75 BB stocks with no financials, no matter what they claim their revenues are.

New JNNE motto: "Making it up as we go along."
