Baton, Rande, I have a question on the warrants: you quoted "He confirmed that the warrants convert to Series E when and if the Series E reach $5." But if Series E convert in 12/99 they will not be traded anymore. on the other hand The warrants are valid till 2002. How will the warrants will be able to convert if PLCOP is not traded anymore. Are they going to become valueless ? Or is the text for the warrants going to be warrants convert to 5 PLCO at $5/6 = $0.83?? Any idea ? This is an important topic for me as I own a few warrants ( 10k ) There is something I don't get here :) Archie
