For those critical of Rosen and the moves (reorg, AV, etc.) he has made prior to having a CEO in place, please do not take his comments lightly that time is of the truest essence and internet-speed is required. In CPQ's markets, he can not afford the luxury of first hiring a CEO, letting him assess the situation and then act. These moves need to be done NOW and, if necessary, can be altered or tweaked by the new CEO later. N.R. is truly correct here....the race is on!!
