Ron, why you don't ask me something easy (easier, than this)
I have absolutly no idea, what is a (or the ?) "Watcher". I also do not have any idea, what is the "sence" to use the "SI Demo" user, instead of your own one. (When I use "SI Demo", then ONLY to just to show the SI side to somebody. Otherwise, the user "SI Demo" does not have any sence.)
I don't know, who is "Eric from Washington" and when I saw your response to him, I had to laugh: you asked him EXACTLY the same questions, which I would have ask him.)
Anyway, I don't think so, that he is in ONPT (nor that he is interested in ONPT). Maybe, he just was on the wrong thread ?
Usually, I don't bother with people who are so complex, that they are unable to express themselves in an common and understandable manner - being clear to everyone.
