Well, it took several years (and $10's of millions) to get the first line running, which they now state is a prototype and cannot produce in sufficient volume to be profitable. And given that the second line is only in the early stages of commercialization, and requires substantial redesign and development, I'd guess they have many rounds yet to fight with Mr. Murphy.
