Several posts on the Internet boards and general scuttlebutt speak to the fact that a private placement has stalled. This is not the type of news that is easily leaked. Still, the positive news rumor mill has dried up, and hype and stock volume has diminished.

That would be a tough sell. A lot of the industry wheeling and dealing has already occurred. The company is also a near unknown and has not successfully transitioned from a nurse staffing company to a medical Internet company. When you combine that with the recent reappointment of Mr. Yeros as Chairman, CEO, President and CFO, it would be hard to convince any Board that they run the company.
