Forward-looking DD sounds good to me. It's just very difficult to keep my mouth shut when so much b.s. (IMO) has circulated all around the place. This week alone I have been called a liar and a dim wit. I am neither. However, I will renew my efforts to take the high road and keep my mouth shut.

I thought the floorless preferred first showed up in the May 1998 S3 - I was not aware they may have been done as early as 1996. I wasn't around then and don't know how much was discussed on the message board. As stated above, I do not blame anyone for my losses in ABMI. Personally though if I knew something that was important information for investors, especially potential investors, I would post it even if it wasn't pretty. Message boards ought to reveal the good, the bad and the ugly in their entirety. This helps keep everybody honest, especially the insiders, as well as informed. I know now how naive this is.
