Jade,

I'm not sure what to make of the appearance of Ken Morgan (CFO) on the Investors Online TV show. My first impression is that Ken is not a very good public speaker and would have preferred that Randall himself went onto the show.

When the question about the merger came up, there was a fast no comment, which in my opinion means they have something in the works or nothing at all (hard to say at this point). The questions on sales gave me a better feeling since Ken implied that sales have increased since last quarter results and there financial picture should improve overall now that content creation has been terminated by the company. Aside from these two issues all we heard was that they are focusing on LiveStage and Webpainter. How could I forget, they also mentioned the listing on an American exchange (presumably Nasdaq)which Ken said was a pretty high priority. I'm not quite sure how they would get listed on the Nasdaq since they aren't even close to meeting the listing requirements (maybe they are going to get listed on the Nasdaq BB).

Everything being said, I think that the companies sales will improve and this should be enough to catch one of the bigger companies attention.

Staying long and strong on THW,
Eric

P.S. Your comments would be much appreciated Jade.
