Robert -- I am bullish on Softbank first and foremost -- they are central to ALL of Asia. Everything else pales in comparison. China.com will pop but remember they are one of many ISPs in China and only have something like 100,000 customers. Having said this, yes, I will look to aftermarket buying opportunities on this one. An ADR is stock bought and sold in the US even though it is not fully listed -- I have never bothered to ferret out the details but I suspect there are lower reporting requirements. ADRs will become a thing of the past as stock markets globalize -- as Softbank is doing with Nasdaq -- now that is an area with amazing potential.
