Hi: Also NBR referred to such software programs as "Net Nanny" ans CyberSurf" I think Wednesday night. I am shocked on the other hand given the profile that sales have been so soft to date. The site gets 1 million hits a month; front cover of time, bundling agrements with IBM, Zoom etc etc etc and the sales are less than $70,000 for last year or thereabouts. Can anyonw explain wht this figure would be "so" low?? I can easily understand time for sales to develop but as IR desribed it to me about a year ago ..this is THE year for net nanny. Don't get me wrong..I think revenues will start to materialize..but less than 100 k last year seems bizarre. # of shares very attractive and of course acquisition of the full rights to Net Nanny by the former Trove is an appropriate development. There seems to be a put the Bio-Password on the back burner at least for public consumption...that is good..they have a marquee product..let's sell some of it!!!!!! Ray
