Cary, thanks for sharing your thoughts. Your points are well made, and well thought out (specially since it took you three extra days than others to respond).

Your suggestions are hereby incorporated into the official rules. We'll name them "Cary's Ammendments." Please understand that these modifications have no impact on the Myron Clause.

AMMENDMENT ONE
Those wishing to set certain stop loss disciplines should do it as part of their buy price or at any time thereafter.

AMMENDMENT TWO
Everyone should be allowed to hold their investment for as long as they want, HOWEVER subsequent to the July 1 modification setting automatic stops, comes some responsibility to the participants. Stocks that are subject to stop loss rules must be defended by FA or TA reasoning in order to remain in the portfolio.

Taking advantage of the new ammendments, I am adding a stop to CHP at 30.

Regarding Scouser's trade on NOVI, we have to let it ride. There are brokers that allow shorting in lower priced stocks. Please refer to Joe Copia's posts here on SI.
