I have been long LCAV for over a month now after hearing possible buyout rumors? Anyone out there with info? IMO we should see a test of 52 wk high at 14 in the next week or so. The question is what is a good exit point. LCAV is building steam and credibility, however, do we know how they are going to use this secondary offering? I was not happy about this, why not go with debt first? Any thoughts? Keith
