Philip, collusion requires more than posting verifiable facts and personal opinions on an Internet message thread. Were that the case one side or the other would be guilty of collusion in every case of an active message board on SI concerning a stock that has a price fluctuation. The case of ZSUN is one where the company is trying to make a case that the folks who exposed the facts concerning the company are responsible for the stock's performance problem, and not the facts themselves.
