Hi Eric,

Number one I think any and all the exposure THW can get is very good, especially another appearance on investors online. Yes, Ken did seem a little nervous or camera shy, and I am sure public speaking is not one of his strong points, however he basically got the job done. He is a bright new star at THW, and one of there management assets, this is why he went to the studio.

Some positive notes;

- Nasdaq listing - yes it looks like it will be (BB) however there will be many more eyes on the stock and more exposure

- restructuring - they have cut costs dramatically and are starting to see great increases in sales

- takeover candidate - I think they may be a lot closer to this than people think, and that is why he couldn't comment, but it is very positive that he confirmed they are setting themselves up for this

- they are dedicated to the success of Livestage - and are all committed to meeting the objective - this is a phenomenal product with almost unlimited usage and potential

- they are starting to attract more financing and more venture capitalists should be interested and aggressive towards moving this company forward

Overall I think they have turned the corner and we should start to see this reflected in the stock price as well as through news releases that confirm or deny some of these takeover rumours, and releases in general and corporate updates that continue to indicate the companies direction and focus in a positive light.

It has been three years of growing pains, the fourth should be the cure.
