ecommerceman, what makes you think the public will accept WAVX's dispute resolution system? Visa et al have established almost four decades of confidence and name recognition in their systems. The point made was that it's an unknown company, and that would be a handicap. You then tried to say that people do business with unknown companies on the 'net all the time, and I pointed out that the buffer was the cc companies. Now we're back to square one.
