Excellent points OSC. That is exactly why I sold my MDMI shares and moved on. (Along with the fact that the Java Centrale' Cafes don't appear to be surviving. Also, I don't believe that MDMI will be able to successfully compete against the Albertson's or any other large grocery store "in-house" bakeries). Even David Smith (who was originally the biggest proponent of MDMI) exited his position in MDMI. See his final post to MDMI at: Message 9119240 Ron
