I may be missing a bit of the context, but by "similar situations" I'm assuming we're talking "Anthony makes a call, a boatload of longs show up to dispute it, they make their arguements, Anthony remains enigmatic, it quickly devolves into mud-slinging". Two of the more spectacular examples of that were PRFM and DLIA. Both gigantic wins for the short side.
