Craig,

My understanding of the recently issued warrents is they are callable by the company (at company discretion) if the stock trades above $12 for 30 days (that might be 20 business days - it is some length of time less than a month). If the warrents are called, the company repurchases them at 5 cents each (or something very cheap). You can imagine the action this stock will have if the warrents get used and another million shares are added to the float given the most recent interest in the company.

I, too, am a seller at this time. After nearly 4 years in the deal watching my investment approach $0, leaving with profits is quite a pleasure. I attempted to sell a little at $10.75 yesterday but did not clear. Will make a decision on today around lunchtime.

Best Wishes...GO GOPHERS.

Mike.
