The key to the "pop" is two-fold...the least of which is jagnotes. The real key is when cnbc grabs it and "reports" the rumor :>)

As a subscriber to jagnotes, I can tell you that any pop jagnotes can give is already in the stock price by the time the subscribing audience gets to see the rumor.....but you can put it on your watchlist and have your finger on the trigger if cnbc picks it up.
