BigBull, Now that we are into July, there will probably be no 1999 budget adjustments except for special circumstances amongst the majors and state oil companies. The majors and states however are currently planning Year 2000 budgets.

Redline funds however may be available. Also within already approved budgetary dollars, generally business divisions are free to shift funds around fairly freely and do from seismic to drilling to equipment, etc.

And hey! I like your German! But "ganz gut" means "OK" or "so-so", kind of like "masomenos" (more or less) in Spanish. "Sehr gut" means very good or "prima" or "ausgezeichnet" means outstanding.... In fact we just entertained three Venezuelans discussing some common pipeline issues. All three Venezolanos had Germanic surnames interestingly-lots of Germans in Venezuela....
