I am a faithful shareholder (good or bad) starting at .87 per share all the way down to .06 per share. I am in at an average price of around .40 cents. I still believe the potential is much greater than this average price.
1. Earthwatch Inc. wanted to establish a relationship with Earthsearch over a year ago. They were one of the major satellite remote sensing companies of the future.
2. They have a direct distribution channel to sell their imagery via the TerraNet Inc. Also, they have the capability of enhancing their product with the other capabilities of Earthwatch digital globe partners.
3. Boeing originally had an agreement to use AVIRIS imagery for their missions with NASA. Why did they suddenly change? Probe-1 imagery is the best according to press releases. And also it must be if the Phantom Works is even considering any relationship with this company. 4. Also, Noranda considered their relationship a steal over a year ago and they have not looked back since.
5. Adaptive Broadband (California Microwave Inc.) has stuck with this small company even through their restructuring. This must mean to me that they consider the imagery to be marketable.
All of this is my speculation and everyone investing in a penny stock should be aware of the potential loss to their investment. However Price Waterhouse Coopers is a reputable investment company who would not follow something without merit.
