Allen, Vapor's coming up fast, IOM has a product that IMO will blow the doors off. Been talking to the kids about MP-3 players, was curious why Diamond's Reo doesn't seem to be selling very well and the response I get is: " why would I want one, it only holds 8 songs ". These kids aren't dummies, there's no way a few songs on a player will satisfy, they want to take their collection along.

IMO the Clik! MP-3 players will be the rage.
Iomega is right in the middle of this one.

The concerns about privacy and copy protection by downloading purchased music from the Internet don't matter. There's yet to be copy protection that can't be broken, these kids welcome the challenge. The bigger issue of establishing the format ( MP-3 ) has been solved, looks like MP-3 players will play this Christmas.

Vapor!, just like Zip was never supposed to happen and after all is said and done and despite his gross mismanagement K.E. was responsible for Clik!s initiative and could very well be his legacy.

Listening to some of my favorites in MP-3 format while typing this, their great I can compile just the music I want to hear.

Have you seen the PCMCIA Clik!( Vapor! ) drive, it's unbelievable : )
