earnings tweaks by Merrill and Morgan hold weight. Others aren't such a big deal. Watch a stock after Morgan and Merrill cut number, and watch the institutions bail out. Its generally not a good Omen. And with Disney trading at high multiples, and haven't made a quarter since the Bulls became Champions, its a receipe for the mid 20's.
