I think you have to ignore the numbers of Lisa pitch, ignore all the wonderful outcomes she is projecting and look at what she has done to everyone, look at what she is capable of each and every tear. On 7/96 shmn sold at $8.50/sh; by 7/97 it was at $6.50/sh; by 7/98 it was at $3.50 and as of 7/99 its at .03cents (.53/20 rev. split). Its lost massive percentages of value each and every year and in the past year alone lost 99.65%. This must be a record of some sort? Every common shareholder who believed in Lisa has had the value of their investment wiped out to zero. Then every preferred shareholder got the same even-handed destruction of value and now, with the most audacious proposition of all, the same poor shareholders that got 99.65% of their investment devastated (and all this during the greatest stock market boom in history!!!) are being pitched by the same arrogant and universally incompetent management to invest $15 million in a company worth barely $1 million present market cap. How many times will sheep be shorn? Lisa seems to think forever. Get away from this cancer and let it die on its own taking no more victims. The only positive thing that may come out of all this is that if they should find any brain dead investors foolish enough to put more money into this, that maybe they will have enough money to attract a half dozen shareholder suits for criminal gross mismanagement.
