Lance B - I suggest you call Wayne Rumball as I did Friday morning first having spoken with his wife, then he called me back and after we discussed some issues - we decided a TRUCE was in order; I did not want to FOCUS any of my attention on Wayne nor Tom and we decided it would be mutually beneficial for both of us to just let dead dogs lie. My beef with XSNI is with Manning - the CEO of a POS company at this point and all manning has done is produce "inhouse unverifiable PR reports" from his dog n pony style companies.
manning lied and I am going to be his BAD PENNY, BOIL ON HIS A$$ until he comes clean and produces for the shareholders and is prevented from intentionally producing misleading or negligently falsifying information in the future. If a president or CEO of a company willingly won't and can't come clean, I can hardly expect anyone that got wind of this stock to know anything better. I did admit to being a little harsh in my responses to him in this matter of XSNI stock. Neither of us apologized to each other - it is a TRUCE; don't want a war. I am not a smoothe diplomat but I am a person of my word. He leaves me alone, I leave him alone.
I discussed with Wayne the merits of just answering a question when I ask it - either it is worthy of his continued support or he no longer has anyone doing DD on it; that is all I want. I don't care how he makes money - we all want to make money; he has a family to support and that is where his concerns are and where they should be. It was good to talk with a person rather than just posting on a board especially when we had to clear things up.
So if you want to talk about me with Wayne, I suggest you call him up since you don't PM. The more you bring me up publicly and I get wind of my name being used - it will be difficult for Wayne to keep from making remarks that I may take WRONG, making the TRUCE null and void. If I buy a stock, you can bet your A$$ that I will conduct DD and VERIFY that the stock is worthy of holding for a while, not some POS worn out whore stock that can't take the daily pumping of daytraders and momo makers. I like 'em young, healthy, or old and crusty - ones that can take the pumps if and when they come or the ones that aren't worth the momo, daytrader "action" - because those "crusty" stocks will screw you right back.
And I also post facts on the boards. That Wayne says I only post on 90% XSNI - neither he nor you have any idea of what I am researching in the "basement" nor what I am holding; but when I see you coming along I won't cower down to BS and innuendos either. You keep it clean, and so will I, you play dirty, and I will rat you out.
Ask Wayne, he didn't give me any information on him - and I found out alot about him when I set my mind to it - ie refocus my attention - and it only took me 30 minutes, to find out just what I did and I do have a nice little folder, I called him Friday morning to set the record straight; if I took longer, I can find more. BTW - he also has my unlisted phone number as well, which I gave to him, but I have several unlisted numbers. He has something to discuss, he knows how to contact me.
I suggest you leave me alone too Lance B. I am not trouble, I am just a regular person researching stocks and post what I find when I find it exactly as I find it. You have a problem with that - don't read the posts or start calling people to discuss me.
