Hi Mark,

I thought there was a premarket buyer and premaker seller at the VWAP in a given security, and these trades are matched at that time. The value of the VWAP is determined by regular way trades and is assigned at the close of the trading day. Therefore there would not be any need to break the order up during the trading day.
