In part it would depend upon how many would be suitors are found, the complexity of the negotiations and the due diligence process.

I believe that SFLX is not overly complex from a business, geographic or Intellectual Property perspective. Thus, I'd tend to agree with you. It's not going to take a year. But it will take more than 3 or 4 months unless no other suitor is found - something which I believe highly unlikely.

Given this happened so close to the AFLX takeover, I wonder if INVX is trying to kill 2 birds at once. We may never know.
