Another Grand Slam win for Leander Paes and his partner
Indian tennis stars Mahesh Bhupathi and Leander Paes have won the final of the men's doubles at Wimbledon.
Paes and Bhupathi, who were top seeds, beat the Dutchman Paul Haarhuis and his American partner Jared Palmer.
They came from behind to win in four sets: 6-7 (12-10), 6-3, 6-4, 7-6 (7-4).
It is their second Grand Slam win in as many months. They won the Fench Open doubles title in June.
They overcame French pair Olivier Delaitre and Fabrice Santoro 2-6, 6-3, 7-6, 4-6, 7-5, in the semis to become the first Indians to reach a Wimbledon final.
In their quarter-final match, they came from two sets down to beat Canadian Sebastien Lareau and his US partner Alex O'Brien. news.bbc.co.uk Match Stats: wimbledon.org
