Share price movement - In my opinion, in the short term, both BELF's both trade more on supply and demand than on fundamental changes in the company's position. The company releases very few press releases aside from quarterly reports, and little news they do release looks positive. So, I think the stock has fallen from $45 to $25 in the past few months just because more shareholders, for whatever reason, sold their stock than bought the stock. The daily volume is so small that it doesn't take much to move the price 2-3%. If someone decides to get out of BELF and into stock X, that can move BELF down 1-2 points if they owned more than 2,000 shares.

In other words, I don't think you can offer a legitimate "explanation" for the recent decline in share price because the company is relatively unknown and releases very little news. All you can count on is that if the quarterly financial results continue to improve, the share price will eventually be more likely to go up than down.
