So, Bill, what you're saying is that if I released a PR that said :
"I am sad to see the heinous abuse of the legal system by such fascists as HITT. It is a shame that Dorian Reed perpetrated his felonious acts on people who own computers made by companies such as IBM, Apple, Compaq, and Dell."
This would be "ticker spamming"? The effort would be to have the PR show up under IBM, Apple, Compaq, and Dell searches? And PRNewswire wouldn't allow this. That's good, unless you want to do ticker spamming.
Sorry to the HITT people if this seems off-topic, but it wouldn't be brought up if HITT wasn't perpetrating their terrible abuse of the legal system in an attempt to silence these poor decent people from telling the publicly verifiable truth.
If Dorian Reed, founder of HITT and close associate of Steve Bradford, CEO of HITT, hadn't committed crime after crime after crime, even after being convicted of felony and spending 10 months in a prison camp, and if he hadn't fled from his settlement judgements and maybe made restitution to the thousands of people he defrauded (in the opinion of Federal Agencies) with all the money he is making off his controlling in HITT, that he acquired for just pennies per share, then none of us would even be here. |
