Linden, this is not Canada. If you are named in a suit here, you pay your own lawyer. And counter suits will cost you even more money and you will rarely win.
Goldfinger admitted on another board that he shorted this stock at $7 on the 25th of July, after it started trading again. I suspect, if true, that it will cost him.
What really will get interesting is that if ZSUN does immediately start discovery, one of the first places they will go is to these individuals brokerage accounts. While they may no get any info without a court order, you can believe that the brokerages will check these accounts immediately. If they have any "naked" shorts in the accounts they will be bought in right away. If they are short NCDR, getting bought in while only trading on Insitnet could get very expensive.
As you know, I owned a brokerage firm, so I do know what I am talking about.
