Guys,

Let's get this rolling. Here is my take on Exar:

Exar is a undervalued company in the middle of semi/comms boom. They were a bunch of nobodys with a mixed bag of second tier products until they started changing their focus toward communications. The tricky part here is figuring out if will they succeed or if this change require a major management/product overhaul to get them going.
