Linden, If a suit is totally groundless, then the defendants counsel could ask for sanctions. I don't have time to read their posts on the board that they are being sued over, but assuming it is the same stuff they put on this board then I am sure there are some "grounds", at least from a legal point of view. (Though I myself don't think these suits are worth the time or money for a company to bring)

I never said margin calls, I said "cash calls". A big difference. These stocks are not marginable.

Your appraisal of the company is a matter of your opinion. After six days of trading on the Instinet, it is trading higher then it was when it was halted. And the average volume is not much less. Somebody thinks there is value here.

When it comes to unsubstantiated statements, look to yourself as well as a number of others on this board. You prior comment on the value of this company is an unsubstantiated statement.

It was not I who said on this board that I was a former brokerage firm owner. It was several others who posted that and were trying to use that info against me. But yes, I did own a brokerage firm, I was a principle and a MM. But I have never tried to deny it either.

I am curious why are you so testy? If you are right about this company and are short and you get bought in, you can always re-short it again at the higher price. If not, don't worry about it. The longs don't need your protection now. One thing this thread did was force a lot of us to go back and re-do our DD. I for one feel much better about the Company today then I did three weeks ago.
