I am sure there are some "grounds", at least from a legal point of view.

Unless everything they said was true. Given that I'm not a lawyer and don't know the particulars on this one, we've exceeded my area of expertise, so I'm leaving this portion of the discussion to others.

Your appraisal of the company is a matter of your opinion.

Correct. And this is the beauty of SI. Multiple opinions that can be freely shared without fear of intimidation.

You are free to be long NCDR and more power to you.

You prior comment on the value of this company is an unsubstantiated statement.

Incorrect. My opinion is a not a verifiable fact. You are entitled to believe that NCDR is worth something. HOWEVER, I'm referring to alleged statements of facts that are either TRUE or FALSE:

exchange2000.com
exchange2000.com
exchange2000.com

I can add to that the statement that you never wrote a press release for NCDR and we later found out that wasn't true.

It was not I who said on this board that I was a former brokerage firm owner.

This is EXACTLY what I'm talking about. On June 1, you said that you were a broker and a MM and proceeded to claim that NCDR was not shortable.

exchange2000.com

Now you claim you never said that. Which version of the truth should I believe?

I am curious why are you so testy?

I have nothing against you personally, and if you interpreted my replies as testiness, I apologize. However, I do become frustrated with people who aren't truthful during conversations with me.

All is forgivable, but the dishonesty must be owned up first.

I for one feel much better about the Company today then I did three weeks ago.

I'm sure...
