With all due respects, you are basically talking apples and oranges. The company is brand new at this point. The 60 million potential shares will not be sold likely ever. So the float remains very minor 13% of the company with less and less being left in public hands.

From speaking with brokers, it appears that institutions are racing to beat analysts who will be following this. That, together with some short covering, has been responsible for some of the rise.

Sure, there will be some back tracking. For awhile though, I think that institutions and brokers will be jumping in, particularly if there is a move down of 4 points as many stop losses placed there.

If buy points are not hit, tendency has been to jump in and compete with the scared shorts.
